Mandatory Meetings and Declarations in the Month of August

The NHAHA has modified its mandatory meeting scheduled for August 29th.

The League has split this meeting into two dates on August 15th and 29th. On the 15th of August the meeting is scheduled for all Schedulers, Presidents and Delegates at the Holiday Inn. On the 29th the meeting is scheduled for All Coaching Directors, Registrars, and Split Season Midget Coaches at the Holiday Inn. Please click on the upcoming event for the schedule for the meeting you are suppose to attend.

1. Declarations for Split Season Midgets and Tier #1 & 2 teams at all levels (Bantam thru Mite) are due on August 10 via email. The remaining tiers will be due on August 15th. Please send the declarations to the respective Divisional VP and First Executive VP Dwane Staples.
2. Presidents and Schedulers will be required to attend meetings on August 15th at the Holiday Inn in Concord . Schedulers will meet from 8:00-9:15 am with the NH Hockey webmaster who will review and explain the process for inputting schedule into the Goalline system. This will be the only method for schedules to be submitted to NH Hockey this season so it is essential that your scheduler attend this meeting. Split Season Midget schedules must be complete and input into the NHAHA Goalline system by August 30th. Presidents will meet from 9:30-10:45 to discuss many important topics such as Goalline, proposed bylaw changes, schedule issues and an update on USA Hockey. This meeting will replace the meeting scheduled for Presidents/Delegates on 8/29.
3. USA Hockey has created a Tier 2 National Championship at all levels except Mites and Squirts. These teams will come directly from each State with no Regional playoff required. This will require us to make some bylaw changes but please keep this in mind when making your declarations. The winner of the Tier 2 State Playoffs will represent NH at the Tier 2 Nationals. More information will be available on this at the Presidents meeting on 8/15.
