COVID-19 Information for State of NH & NHAHA Member Associations

The information you will see on this page is about how the state of NH and the NHAHA Member Associations are handling COVID-19. You will find various links to the resources for the policies that the NHAHA Member Associations are implementing for practices and games. If you have any questions, please contact the individual Associations for clarity.


NHAHA COVID-19 Association Team Compliance

This is a list of the Association Teams that are compliant with their COVID-19 Testing

Concord Association

Please click the link above for the information to download the forms for players, coaches, and visitors. Concord Youth Hockey/Concord Capitals Contact Tracing & Screening Form All Concord Hockey participants - Players & Coaches - Must complete this form prior to entry into the Everett Arena. The completed form must be handed to your Concord HEAD COACH prior to entry. Parents should complete this form prior to arriving at the Everett Arena to keep teams "on time" for their scheduled ice session. Concord Capitals "VISITORS" Game Contact Tracing Form ALL VISITING TEAMS MUST COMPLETE THIS FORM PRIOR TO ENTERING THE EVERETT ARENA. Once the form is completed and signed by the visiting team head coach, the form must be given to the Concord Head Coach to attach to the game score sheet.

Keene Association

All people entering the rink will be REQUIRED to complete our automated screening solution which accomplishes our required diligence in screening and greatly assists us with contact tracing and communications.

Manchester Association

Please make sure you fill out the correct COVID-19 form for the arena your game is being played.

Manchester - JFK Arena COVID-19 Visitor Form

Anyone entering the JFK Arena must fill out this form prior to arriving.

Manchester - West Side Arena COVID-19 Visitor Form

Anyone entering the West Side Arena must fill out this form prior to arriving.

New Hampshire East Association

The Rinks at Exeter COVID policy for associations playing in their facility. Please use the link for The Rinks at Exeter for further information. All Athletes and Coaches will need to be screened every day when entering the rink. To speed up the process, parents can access the link below on their phone, fill in the information needed, answer the three questions, and receive a QR Code on your phone. Upon entry to the building please present the QR Code on your phone to one of the two QR Readers (small square box with a red digital square) out front, have the Athlete or Coach take their temperature using your wrist or back of your hand. Once this is completed you can enter the facility. The QR Code is good for 24 hours. If upon entry you do not use your phone with a QR Code, it is mandatory that the Athlete and/or Coach completes the paper form on the table, answer the three questions and takes their temperature. Please follow this procedure upon entry at all times.

Oyster River Association

Each Coach and team will need to fill out a COVID-19 participation document prior to entering the facility and provide it to the rink attendant. All coaches are required to wear masks on the bench and players. There is a town ordinance that everyone needs to wear masks.

Plymouth Association

The Waterville Valley Ice Arena requires all participants and spectators to fill out a waiver form prior to arriving at the rink. You are able to download this form when you click on the link for the Plymouth Jr Panthers COVID-19 information. (9-30-2020) The Waterville rink has updated their protocols for wearing masks. All players will need to wear masks on the bench and ice while they are playing. Please communicate this information to your players and coaches.

Rochester Association

The Rochester Ice Arena is requiring teams and spectators to sign documents prior to entering the arena. These two documents are below. In addition, to the two documents you need to fill out the Rochester Notice Visitors online.

Rochester Rink - Visitors Document

This document needs to be filled out online in order to visit the Rochester Arena.

Seacoast Spartans Association
